(PHOTOS/AGENCIES)Journeyman Jackson Mayanja is on the move again!Just over a month after guiding Kyetume FC to promotion to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL), Mayanja has completed a switch to Tanzanian side Kinondoni Municipal Council (KMC) FC.The Uganda Cranes and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC legend, replaces Etienne Ndayiragije who joined Azam FC after leading KMC to a 5th place finish in the Tanzanian top flight, last season.Mayanja is understood to have signed a one-year deal that will see him at KMC until the close on the 2019/2020 season.The tactician who replaced George Best Nsimbe at Kyetume oversaw the 4-1 defeat of Kansai Plascon to ensure the Mukono based side join the top flight for the very first time in their history.Mayanja’s record as a coach emits loud volumes having previously served at URA FC, Kiyovu, Vipers SC, KCCA FC, Kololo SS.He also managed at other Tanzanian clubs including Kagera Sugar, Coastal Union and Simba SC.The Ugandan legend also served as an assistant coach on the National team for a period of six years.During his playing career, he featured at KCCA FC, Al Masry (Egypt ), Esperance ( Tunisia) and Lowi FC ( Oman).In related news, Ugandan striker Norman Ogik has completed a move to Rwandese side Etincelles FC.Ojik joins from Wakiso Giants where he spent the second half of last season on loan, helping the Purple Sharks attain promotion to the SUPL.The former Police FC striker signed a two-year deal at Etincelles who feature in the top flight of Rwandese football.Ojick (right) signs his two-year deal at Etincelles FC.Ojik has previously featured at Kansai Plascon) and Police FC.The other Ugandan who will be joining Ojik at Etincelles is former Ndejje FC player, Stephen Ategeka.Ategeka is also a former Tooro United player and was at Ndejje University FC as they suffered relegation back to the FUFA Big League at the first time of asking.The two will become the first Ugandans to play for the Rwanda topflight side since defender Moses Kamya did so back in the 2016-17 season.Last season, Etincelles FC finished 8th on the Rwanda National Football league with 37 points.
