The hair and make-up team have already been sourced: the charity just needs enough volunteer models.Carolyn Gee, shop manager, said: “If the dress fits we’d be delighted to have ladies of all ages in a range of dress sizes 8 – 20 to model for us. So whether you’re getting married in the near future and you’d like a practice run in a beautiful dress, or if you enjoyed your own wedding day so much and you’d like another trip down the aisle – then we’d love to hear from you.”The dresses have been donated from a variety of sources including individual donors and in some instances unsold stocks from high street stores. There are 83 Sense shops across the country including a dedicated wedding dress outlet in Kingswinford near Wolverhampton.www.sense.org.uk/content/press-release-calling-would-be-wedding-belles-walworth-road About Howard Lake Howard Lake is a digital fundraising entrepreneur.
