first_img Google+ WhatsApp (“Bremen High School – 2016” by Historic Bremen, CC BY 2.0) Indiana’s Secured School Board has approved more than $19 million for school safety.The money represents matching state grant funds arranged with the Department of Homeland Security, and designed to meet top safety needs.The Board will fully fund all school threat assessment projects, as well as eligible projects that are geared toward implementing health and wellness support services for both parents and students.The program has distributed more than $91 million since the program was signed into law 7 years ago.
