Come and offer your support to the lads.CAPPRY ROVERS U16’s Cappry travelled to Central Park, Keadue to play Keadue Rovers in the National Cup with a depleted squad and were always going to be up against it. After going a goal down the lads showed great battling qualities and got back on level terms when Conor Doherty scored a cracker of a goal. They were still in the game at half time when they went in 2-1 down. Each of the lads who played played out of their skin but it just wasn’t to be and they ended up losing  5-2 with Kyle O’Meara scoring another screamer that proved to be a consolation goal.CAPPRY ROVERS U14’sCappry travelled to Cavan on Saturday to take on Ballyhaise Celtic in the National Cup and came home with a brilliant 3-0 win. Sean Lyons had another chance shortly after but Conor McGinty came across to cut it out. The Crusaders had a chance before the break as Hogan O’Haire went close. The 2nd half was 10 minutes old when Martin Mbuli scored after a flick from Dylan Gallagher to put the Crusaders 1 up. Martin Mbuli got his 2nd six minutes later following good play from Darragh Boyle, Aaron Lyons and Tony Logue. Niall Marley & Charlie Griffin had a couple of long range efforts for the Colts but they didn’t trouble the Crusaders excellent defence. Martin Mbuli got his hat trick 7 minutes from the end to seal the win. A great effort from both teams and thanks to match referee John Coyle.Cappry Colts 0-3 Ballybofey United CubsBallybofey came out on top in this entertaining match played under lights in Cappry. Sean Martin beat the offside trap to score number 2 five minutes later when many in the ground thought he was offside, but the ref got the call spot on as a Cappry fullback played him on. The 2nd half started with the home side creating chances for Sean Ryan, Sean Lyons and Ethan Deery but the well marshalled central defensive pairing of Michael McGonagle and Cahir Brady Devenny held firm.
