After locating the RV, Troopers found a person inside the RV refused to cooperate with their commands and the Southern Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) was activated and responded. Facebook0TwitterEmailPrintFriendly分享An Alaska State Trooper report says an Anchorage woman was found dead in her RV in Ninilchik after a call from concerned family members.On Saturday, October 13, around 10:53 am, Alaska State Troopers recieved a report from concerned family members of 58-year-old Kathy Vancleve of Anchorage, saying they thought she may be deceased in her RV. A highly-intoxicated man was located inside the RV along with a deceased female, later confirmed to be Vancleve. Troopers responded to Vancleve’s property in Ninilchik to check on Vancleve. The man was transported to Central Peninsula Hospital for medical treatment due to his high level of intoxication. The dispatch did not indicate that any charges have been filed against the man. After continued unsuccessful attempts to make verbal contact, a search warrant was obtained for the RV and it was subsequently searched. Alaska State Troopers’ Soldotna General Investigation Unit responded to process the scene and assumed the case responsibility. The investigation is ongoing.
